"Episode 4: Restructure" is the fourth episode of Dispatch. The episode was written by Suzee Matson, Pierre Shorette, Mayanna Berrin, Ashley Jeffalone, Chad Rhiness, and Polly Raguimov, and directed by Dennis Lenart.

The episode follows SDN dispatcher Robert Robertson as he is forced to choose a hero to replace the cut member of the Z-Team, but that will be inconsequential to the choice his heart will make.

Turnover was released alongside Episode 3: Turnover, Art of Dispatch: Chapter 2, and the Pas de Deux and Shellshock comics on October 29, 2025.

Synopsis

Employees should be aware that if they enter into a personal relationship with a subordinate employee, a conflict of interest may exist, which requires full disclosure to the Company.
