Invisigal
Can become invisible at will but only while holding her breath. Asthmatic, abrasive, aloof.
#f3d6ffInvisigal, formerly known as Invisibitch, real name Courtney, is the deuteragonist of Dispatch. She is a reformed villain working under the Phoenix Program of the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN).
Biography
Before becoming a hero, Invisigal was known as Invisibitch and used her powers to commit various crimes, partially because she felt like it was the only option for her due to having 'villain' powers.
When her asthma became worse, Invisibitch joined the Red Ring to receive an implant to increase her lung capacity, though the debt would take years to pay off. One day, Shroud told her she could pay off the whole debt for planting a bomb on Robert Robertson's Mecha Man suit. She left the gang immediately after and soon found her implants stopped working. The next day, Invisibitch joined SDN's Phoenix Program on the condition they didn't ask questions and received the name Invisigal from Blonde Blazer for PR reasons.
Shroud later contradicts parts of Invisigal's backstory, stating that he sent her to infiltrate SDN as a mole to soften Robert up.
Onboard
Using her powers to remain hidden, Invisigal spies on Robert and Blonde Blazer as he gets changed in his new uniform and discusses their outing of the previous night and the terms of his employment. Cassually throwing his old hero costume aside, Robert accidentally throws it on Invisigal, who attempts to escape, only to run into the door. Blazer introduces them to each other and warns her not to tell anyone else of Robert's identity. Despite Robert's efforts to impress Invisigal, she remains aloof and leaves.
During Robert's first shift, Invisigal gleefully reveals that he saw him in his underwear, much to Prism's delight. Later on in the shift, Invisigal dispatches herself to Granny's Donuts in the hopes to getting unbanned from it, and asks for direct assistance from Robert. He sees Invisigal standing next to an unconscious Granny on the storeroom floor as she makes conversation with him and asks for his favorite donut. Hacking into the security cameras, Robert sees a thief augmented with Shroud's technology rummaging through the kitchen. Robert alerts Invisigal and assists her by hacking the store's sprinkler system to short-circuit the thief's arm-cannon. During Invisigal's scuffle, Granny comes to, takes the arm-cannon, and points it at Invisigal and the thief, disbelieving of her claims to be a hero, and refusing to stand down. Robert can tell Invisigal to either take down the thief or disarm Granny. Regardless of the player's choice, Invisigal disobeys Robert's order and does the opposite. This results in Granny being seriously injured and the thief getting away.
Later in the day, Robert scolds Invisigal for disobeying orders and her lackluster performance. This leads to a heated argument, which Sonar accidentally interrupts multiple times to Robert's frustration, with Invisigal claiming Robert is a washed-up has-been, and Robert stating the former couldn't last a day as Mecha Man due to her selfish nature. Angered, Invisigal disappears and seemingly storms out, before startling Robert and punching him out in revenge, leaving the room.
As the work day comes to a close, Robert learns Waterboy got a job as the Torrance branch's new janitor and that Invisigal had initially left a donut on his desk, but destroyed it after their fight.
Turnover
Before the start of the shift, Invisigal and the rest of the Z-Team were informed by Blonde Blazer that the lowest performing member on the branch leaderboard had to be cut. To secure their position on the leaderboard, the Z-Teamers quickly began to sabotage each other, with a child with a camera being paid to follow Invigal around. Things would come to a head when Invisigal tripped Malevola while she was pursuing the thief from yesterday, who is revealed to be called Lightningstruck, leading to a physical altercation between heroes. Fed up with the team fighting amongst each other, Robert recalled the heroes back to the office's boardroom to hold an emergency meeting.
Invisigal appears late into the meeting, though she claims that she was there from the beginning and simply used her powers to keep out of sight. Regardless, Robert reminds her that, being the lowest performing Z-Teammer, she is most likely to be cut, and wishes everyone a better second half of their shift. Although the team does cooperate better with each other, Invisigal refuses to be dispatched, eventually leaving operational range. Receiving an alert of this, Robert tunes into her location as Invisigal reveals that she is giving up on being in the Phoenix Program, feeling like she is destined to be a villain due to her powers. Robert argues against this, stating that her fate is not set in stone, and convinces her to be dispatched when he receives a call that Lightningstruck is burglarizing a jewelry store.
With Robert's aid, Invisigal takes down Lightningstruck and his allies before arresting the villain and taking them to the SDN office, where she is surprised to find the Z-Team applauding her, with Robert having accidentally broadcast the entire mission and conversation to the entire Torrance branch. As Lightingstruck's capture was enough to keep her from the bottom of the leaderboard, Invisigal no longer needs to be cut, with Robert being forced to either cut Coupé or Sonar instead.
A proud Invisigal is later seen taking a picture of her score by Chase, Beef, and Robert. Spotting them, a flustered Invisigal disappears in the hopes of evading them, but can't escape Beef's nose or Chase's ears. Patting Beef, Invisigal thanks Robert before disappearing again.
Restructure
Invisigal awakens from a wet dream involving her and Robert. Realizing she is in love, she giddily turns to her side and presses a pillow against her face.
While Royd and Robert are testing the Proto-Pulse, Invisigal flirts with Robert before informing him that Blonde Blazer was looking for him. After Robert's conversation with Phenomaman, Invisigal corners him in the bathroom while he is removing shards from his chest. Revealing she had a wet dream about him and that she may have listened to his and Blazer's meeting, she once again attempts to flirt, only to be interrupted by Waterboy loudly defecating in one of the stalls. Angry that the mood has been ruined, she storms off. During the dispatch shift, Invisigal and the rest of the Z-Team struggle to fulfill their duties now that one of their members is missing.
Things don't improve the next day as the team is hindered by either Phenomaman's depression or Waterboy's clumsiness, depending on who was chosen as the replacement. After Robert has taken Beef out for a walk and talked with the replacement hero, he receives an alert from his computer that Invisigal has once again gone outside of the coverage area. Locating the hero, Robert finds her in the theater watching a movie. At the same time, he receives a text from Blazer inviting him over for dinner. If Robert chooses to join Invisigal at the cinema, she is surprised by his arrival and the two share a moment as the movie starts. If Robert decides to have dinner with Blazer instead, Invisigal appears lonely before Robert hangs up on her.
Team Building
With their shift done for the day, the Z-Team decides to have drinks at The Sardine and invite Robert to join them. Arriving at the bar, Robert is kept from entering by the bouncer, though Invisigal puts in a good word for him, stating that "he is the biggest perv west of the L.A. river... and he's with us," securing Robert's entry into the bar, and finds her at the counter, with her telling him to buy her a drink. If Robert went to the movies with Invisigal, they talk about their outing, and Robert can confirm it was a date. Either way, Invisigal leaves to secure a table for them.
Once he is done distributing drinks among the team, Robert sits down next to Invisigal and comments that everyone treats him with distrust. Invisigal states that this is because they suspect he may have been the hero who caught them, and advises him to come clean about his former identity, as it is unlikely he caught any of them. A simple glance to the dispatcher, however, confirms that this is not the case and Robert explains that not only did he catch Flambae, but also humiliated him at Crypto Night, causing him to lose a tooth/have his brows scorched, depending on whether Robert doused him with water or alcohol. Despite this, Invisigal maintains that Robert should reveal his identity to build trust with the team.
Before they can continue their conversation, the two are interrupted by Armstrong, who questions what a hero is doing in a villain bar. Assuming he is addressing him, Robert stands up to answer, only to be pushed aside before Armstrong grabs Invisigal with his mechanical arms. As the rest of the bar's patrons reveal themselves to be Red Ring members, a fight breaks out between them and the Z-Team, ending in Armstrong getting his biological arms broken by Invisigal and Robert.
Victorious, the team goes out for Mexican food when the topic of Robert's superhero identity comes up. Whether Robert reveals it or keeps it a secret, the rest of the team reveals their real name, with Invisigal stating hers is Courtney. Having grown closer, the team talks the rest of the night away.
Moving Parts
Chase and Invisigal, and the rest of the Z-Team (if Robert revealed his identity as Mecha Man), attend the latest Proto Pulse test. Annoyed that he has to stand next to criminals, Chase urges him to hurry, as he does not want to spend much time with criminals and bickers with Invisigal. The test soon goes awry, and Invisigal is forced to watch helplessly as the Mecha Man suit blows up with Robert inside. Fortunately, Robert survives and is put in the infirmary.
Realizing that she has seen the explosion before, Invisigal realizes that the Astral Pulse may be intact and invites Royd, Blonde Blazer, Chase, and the Z-Team to see if they could use their connections to track it down. In the meantime, Blazer replaces Robert as the Z-Team dispatcher and proves herself to be rather rusty.
Arriving at Robert's apartment with Royd and Malevola, Invisigal explains the plan to the dispatcher as the party slowly comes to a start. Over the course of the night, the heroes track the Astral Pulse's current location to a heavily guarded warehouse by the docks. Although Blonde Blazer wants the team to formulate a plan first before attacking the warehouse, Invisigal insists on raiding it the same night, causing Chase to snap at her. This swiftly escalates into an argument, which ends with Invisigal punishing the old hero and storming out of the apartment.
Disobeying orders, Invisigal decides to assault the warehouse alone and finds it swarmed with villains who are likewise looking for the pulse. Robert is soon alerted of this by his computer and reluctantly guides her towards the pulse being kept in a suitcase inside a safe. While out of Robert's sight, Invisigal pockets the Pulse. Leaving the warehouse, Invisigal receives an asthma attack and is ambushed by Shroud, who pushes her off the stairs and throws a smoke grenade near her before grabbing the suitcase and leaving. Realizing that she will die if he does not intervene, Chase runs to Invisigal at superhuman speed and takes her to a safe place before collapsing as Invisigal panics.
Retrospective
Following the events in the warehouse, Invisigal had been suspended from the Phoenix Program until further investigation. Believing that this was not enough, the Z-Team held a board meeting regarding her continued membership, during which she used her powers to spy on. Golem (and Flambae if Robert revealed his former identity of Mecha Man) proved to be the dissenting vote(s) against her removal. After seeing Punch Up being kicked through the boardroom door, Robert takes notice of the meeting and asks for clarification. The team explains their verdict and demands that Robert cut her. Regardless of his verdict, Invisigal rushes out of the room, thus revealing her presence.
Robert follows her to the locker room where she is changing into another outfit. He attempts to console her, but she quickly reveals her bare torso to him, revealing her Red Ring augments and explaining how she became involved with the gang and that she was responsible for blowing the suit up. She then leaves. If Robert reacted with uncertainty or forgiveness, and had previously shown sufficient interest in her, Invisigal rushes back to kiss him, which he can either reciprocate or shut down.
Synergy
Sometime before launching their attack on Los Angeles County, the Red Ring contacted Invisigal to recruit her for their mission, though she declined.
If Invisigal was not cut from the Z-Team, she joins the team during the Red Ring assault on Los Angeles County to aid the team in containing the damage done by the gang and combat Coupé/Sonar (depending on who was cut). Later on she leaves, with Robert noting she is bound for the SDN Torrance branch office.
Invisigal infiltrates the SDN Torrance office as the Red Ring attacks it to give the Astral Pulse back to Robert, but is found by Royd in his workshop. Believing her to be with the Red Ring, Royd ties Invisigal up and pulls the Astral Pulse from her pocket, astounding Robert, though she insists she is there to help them. Royd tells Robert to keep an eye on Invisigal before leaving to face the Red Ring head-on. Spotting on the security cameras that Thumbstick is taking the elevator down to the basement, Invisigal begs Robert to release her, warning Robert that he’s “stupid but dangerous.”
If Robert decides to free Invisigal, he hands her a pair of safety scissors and prepares for Thumbstick to attack, only to be surprised as the goon runs past him to urinate in a potted plant. Sneaking up to Thumbstick, Robert prepares to take him down, only for Invisigal to shoot the goon and knock him out. Standing over Thumbstick, Invisigal politely asks Robert to zip his fly back up, which Robert can accept or refuse, forcing Invisigal to do it herself and the pair part shortly after.
If Robert does not free Invisigal, she warns Thumbstick of his approach and the two knock each other out, buying herself enough time to escape.
Regardless, Invisigal aids in the battle against the Red Ring and through the combined effort of her fellow Z-Teamers, Blonde Blazer, and Chase, empowered by Blazer’s Amulet, manages to destroy Shroud’s mech. Their victory is short-lived as Shroud holds Beef hostage and forces Robert to surrender the Astral Pulse to him. Shroud mocks Robert as he approaches him, claiming to have sent Invisigal to infiltrate the SDN as a spy. After being given a mask, Invisigal disappears from sight.
If Robert failed to reform Invisigal, she reappears next to Shroud and stabs him in the throat. Taking his mask, she tosses the Astral Pulse to Robert with a wink before disappearing. Later, Robert speculates why Invisigal gave him the pulse and what she will do next.
If Robert managed to reform her, however, Invisigal takes a bullet for Robert, allowing him to take the villain down. In the morning, the team celebrates her success as she is taken to an ambulance, much to her embarrassment. If Robert romanced her, Invisigal gives a quick kiss before being taken away to the hospital. As heroes are taking a group photo, Invisigal appears, having slipped out of the ambulance to join her friends in the celebrations.
Personality
Described as aloof and abrasive, Invisigal is a tough, independent loner.
As a person, she takes great enjoyment in annoying others, a trait she acknowledged by naming herself 'Invisibitch' prior to her SDN rebranding. This is most commonly seen with Robert, who she makes sexual jokes towards to try and get on his nerves,
As a hero, she’s occasionally pleasantly shocked and relieved over her successes, wondering aloud if she ‘did that right’ and remarking that a successful mission ‘was great.’ She's implied to care more about her performance than she admits, notably upset when saying that ‘[she] doesn’t care’ after failing a mission, and sincerely commenting that helping people ‘feels nice,’ before deflecting it by saying ‘as long as [she] gets paid for it.’ After her failed confrontation with Lightningstruck, Invisigal is hurt and angered by Robert's criticisms of her, leading to her defending her actions and punching him after he calls her selfish, smashing the donuts she had gotten for him at his desk.
Invisigal also displays a willful streak, refusing to be dissuaded from being dispatched to Granny’s Donuts, wanting to get unbanned by saving them. When ordered to subdue either Granny or Lightningstruck, Invisigal defies Robert's orders and tries to handle the situation on her own. She is unapologetically blunt and speaks her mind, occasionally switching subjects mid-conversation: a trait she attributes to her ADHD.
Despite her bravado, Invisigal harbours deep seated insecurities and poor self-esteem. In Turnover, she refuses calls and offers of training towards the end of the second shift, despondent over getting cut from the Z-Team, and running off-site to give up on herself, justifying it as giving Robert an easy decision on who to fire. She admits that her self-defeatist mindset stems from her failed attempt to become a hero when she was younger, believing that she was destined to be a villain due to the nature of her powers; a mindset that Robert eases her out of when he defies her theory, being a powerless hero, and convinces her to pursue Lightningstruck again as a last chance to stay on the team. In Retrospective, her immense guilt over ruining Robert's career as Mecha Man, fuelled by a drunk Chase accusing her of being a fake hero, spurs her on to try and steal back the Astral Pulse alone in an attempt to prove herself and make amends to the former.
She supports aspiring criminals, giving a young pick pocketer pointers for next time, misunderstanding an order to give him a pep talk.
Alongside Granny's Donuts, she is also banned from an unnamed laundromat.
Appearance
Invisigal is a woman with dark purple, short hair and dark brown eyes. She wears a pink cropped jacket with a black, cropped shirt, as well as black capris pants.
Powers
Default
- Lone Wolf: When sent alone, Invisigal reduces travel time and call completion time.
Hero Training
- Wolf Pack: If Invisigal is on the team, XP rewards are doubled.
- Ear to the ground: With her connections, Invisigal can reveal the number of slots and crime type on hover for certain calls before they happen.
Abilities
- Invisibility: Invisigal can become invisible to the naked eye, but only while holding her breath. Any clothes she wears and objects she holds or passes through her become invisible as well, but if something is splattered on her while she is invisible, it remains visible.
- Hand-to-Hand combat: Invisigal is a capable combatant, with her fighting style largely focusing on punches. She is not above fighting dirty and makes frequent use of improvised weapons. She also frequently makes use of her invisibility power during brawls, becoming invisible while moving out of reach before moving back in unseen to land an easy hit.
Weaknesses
Invisigal suffers from asthma, making it difficult for her to breathe at times. This is especially inconvenient for her, as her invisibility relies on her holding her breath, meaning she can't use it for extended periods. She has an infrequent habit of smoking, worsening her condition.
Equipment
- Inhaler: Suffering from asthma, Invisigal makes frequent use of an inhaler to allow her to breathe more easily.
- Red Ring implants: After joining the Red Ring, Invisigal received cybernetic implants to enhance her lung capacity as a way to treat her asthma. Unfortunately, they stopped working after she left the gang.
Relationships
Blonde Blazer
The relationship between Blonde Blazer and Invisigal could perhaps be likened to that of an elder and younger sister, respectively. Though she won't shy away from her responsibilities when necessary, Blazer is patient and indulgent of Invisigal's teasing and michief to an extent that she might not be for others, defending her to Chase and Robert, claiming she has potential and that the Z-Team respects her. Invisigal struggles to fully accept Blazer's authority, leading to her frequently spying on her, stealing her earrings and claiming they look better on her. This would later culminate in her decision to steal back the Astral Pulse by herself, defying Blonde Blazer's orders to make a plan first.
Blonde Blazer was the one who gave Invisigal her hero name when she joined SDN and holds a deep affection for her, stating to Robert that she likely wouldn't have allowed him to cut her from the Phoenix Program even if she remained at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Later, Invisigal feels jealous of Blazer's relationship with Robert, especially if she ends up dating him, later stating she wishes he "looks at [her] the same way [he] looks at Blazer."
After Chase fell into a coma saving her, Blazer reluctantly advised Robert to consider her cutting from the team, citing they had already cut a hero for doing much less. In the end, Blazer always hoped that Invisigal could fully reform into a hero, stating that she hopes the fact that she had "always rooted for [her] makes up for the fact that [she] ever doubted [her]."
Chase
Although Chase does not like the Z-Team in general, he especially doesn't like Invisigal, calling her "the worst of the lot." As Robert grows closer to Invisigal, Chase's hostility towards her grows, as he believes her to be a danger to Robert's well-being and frequently bickers with her. This eventually culminated in the two fighting at Robert's housewarming party, where he went on a drunken rant against her, telling her she isn't a hero. Upset, Invisigal punches out Chase and storms off. After talking with Robert about her emotional struggles, however, Chase's view of her softens, leading him to risk his own life to save her.
After being woken up from his coma by being empowered by Blonde Blazer's amulet, Chase enthusiastically expresses relief upon seeing her well, and she playfully teases him over his new appearance, having grown past their mutual dislike of each other. If Invisigal killed Shroud, Chase expresses thanks for her doing so.
Flambae
Co-heroes. During the vote to cut Invisigal, if Robert reveals his identity as Mecha Man, Flambae is the only other vote (other than Golem) to speak in her defense, saying that the team didn't have to accept him back after trying to kill Robert, and that she should be given a second chance in light of this. He nonetheless concedes the point, saying he won't force Robert to keep her if he wants her gone from the team.
Golem
Co-heroes and synergy pair. The two are close friends. Invisigal is playful and teasing towards him, lightheartedly calling him 'slowpoke,' and is implied to occasionally use her powers to sneak around him, relenting when he asks that she doesn't disappear on him. She expresses interest in his personal life, asking if he's still on dating apps, and remarking that he does better in person when he isn't. The two enjoy gaming, with Courtney asking Bruno on shift if he'll be online later, which he will be.
Following the events of Episode 6, Golem goes rogue on shift, drunk and struggling to deal with his alcohol poisoning, stressed about the ordeal and what it would mean for Courtney. During the vote that the Z-Team took for cutting Invisigal, Golem is the sole member who is against cutting her, and does not suffer a morale debuff during the Red Ring siege if Robert refuses to cut her.
Malevola
Co-heroes. During the events of Episode 3: Turnover, Invisigal sabotages Malevola's attempt to apprehend Lightningstruck, leading to the criminal escaping. Infuriated, Malevola attacks her several times, trying to cleave through her with her sword, and smirking at her when she almost succeeds. Upon overhearing her turmoil over the comms accidentally broadcasted by Robert, her hostility towards her softens, and she earnestly congratulates Invisigal when she arrives back at headquarters with a detained Lightningstruck.
In Episode 7: Retrospective, however, Malevola votes to cut her from the team, speaking for them as a whole. She tells Robert that he's cut one of the Phoenixes for far less to set a standard, citing their decision to follow that same logic in the wake of Courtney risking the team's efforts and Chase's life for the Astral Pulse.
Phenomaman
Eventual co-heroes. If recruited in Episode 4: Restructure, Phenomaman is unaware of Invisigal's true age, earnestly calling her a 'mean child' when she mocks him for being fired due to Blonde Blazer breaking up with him.
During the vote on the Z-Team cutting her, Katon-Ur expresses his indifference in voting, saying he only attended the meeting in the hopes of playing Magic: The Gathering, expressing his solemn desire to still play even with the somber mood of the situation.
Prism
Co-heroes. Invisigal is unamused when Prism says she does 'hella squats' to get her butt in shape, saying she was afraid that Prism would say that.
Following the events of her going rogue in Episode 5: Team Building, Prism votes to cut her despite her fondness, citing that her suspension wasn't enough as a punishment, having put everything the Z-Team had built at risk over the months, saying that she likes her, but has to leave the team.
Robert Robertson
Invisigal planted the explosive device on Robert's suit during his first battle against Shroud before his escape. Despite appearing hesitant to do so after laying eyes on him, she completed her mission, leaving her with immense guilt over ruining Robert's life, quitting the Red Ring to join the Phoenix Program.
Invisigal and Robert met in person on his first day at SDN, spying on him and Blonde Blazer as he changed into his new uniform. During this time, she learned of his identity as Mecha Man and mocked his physique and lack of superpowers. She later states in a conversation with Prism that although Robert was not well-endowed, he was covered in bruises, which she was "into." Despite the lack of respect for Robert's authority, Invisigal did like him, taking note of his favourite donut while investigating Granny's Donuts, which she would later leave at his desk.
After disobeying Robert's orders while fighting Lightningstruck, he lashed out at her, much to her surprise, as she believed the mission ended positively, culminating in Invisigal punching Robert in the face before storming off, which he can either hide or reveal to Blazer and Chase. Regardless, Invisigal confides in Robert that she felt destined to be a villain and had resigned herself to being cut from the program, though he managed to convince her to try to catch Lightningstruck one last time. Although Robert's motivation for doing so depends on the player, he does later mention to Chase that he empathized with her, acknowledging he had the support of him and his father, while she had a poor upbringing.
Following this, Invisigal would develop a romantic interest in Robert, having a wet dream involving him and following him around the office in an attempt to flirt. Robert may reciprocate her feelings, joining her at the cinema to watch a movie together. If he does, Invisigal attempts to deflect and make light of the situation, saying '[she's] not going to fuck [him] just because [he] bought [her] a bucket of corn,' to which he lightheartedly responds if she can be normal for a minute. She admits that the situation feels nice, and Robert offers her Sour Patch kids, asking if she'd like them, which she does. The two settle down for the movie, with Invisigal sneaking glances at him. Later on, Robert can confess that he enjoyed their date, or clarify it wasn't one: with the former leading to Invisigal sarcastically asking if he enjoyed sitting in silence with her, to which he says was the best part. She teases him and says he can hear her loud sometime, saying '[he] catches on quick' when he asks if that was an innuendo.
Regardless of if Robert romances her, Invisigal acts jealous towards Malevola for flirting with Robert, and looks crestfallen if Blazer dances with him at his housewarming party.
Invisigal encourages Robert to be honest about his identity to the Z-Team, saying that 'we all pay for who we used to be,' and advises him to get it over with. If he chooses to keep his identity a secret, she supports the decision.
After Invisigal was put on suspension for disobeying orders and indirectly causing Chase to go comatose, she reveals that she destroyed the Mecha Man's suit, which puts their relationship to the test. Invisigal's ultimate fate depends on how much trust Robert puts in her. If Robert trusts Invisigal and has supported her in her attempts at heroism, she decides to remain a hero, taking a bullet to save his life, and the two formalize their relationship if the player chooses to pursue her romantically. If Robert doesn't, however, she reverts to being a villain.
Z-Team
Having been a long-time member of the team, Invisigal shares a close bond with her fellow reformed villains and often banters and jokes with them. The team also roots for her success, celebrating when she brought in Lightningstruck after Robert accidentally broadcasts her confessing to her struggles of being a vilain. When her actions led to Chase being rendered comatose, however, the Z-Team voted almost unanimously to kick her out of the team, with Golem (and possibly Flambae) being the only dissenting vote(s), with Prism stating "I like the bitch, but she gotta go." She eventually managed to regain some of the team's trust while defending the SDN office from the Red Ring, and they celebrated her survival if she took the bullet for Robert.
Reforming Invisigal
The game keeps track of a hidden "Robert Mentor Count" variable, which starts at 0 and can increase or decrease depending on certain dialogue choices, QTEs, hacking levels, and just by playing through dispatch shifts. A score of 45 or more is required for Invisigal to fully embrace heroism at the end of Episode 8, otherwise she reverts back to being a supervillain.
A maximum of 36 (41 if you romance Invisigal) points can be obtained through story decisions, dispatch missions, hacking levels, and QTEs.
