"Episode 3: Turnover" is the third episode of Dispatch. The episode was written by Suzee Matson, Pierre Shorette, Mayanna Berrin, Ashley Jeffalone, Chad Rhiness, and Polly Raguimov, and directed by Dennis Lenart.

The episode follows SDN dispatcher Robert Robertson as he struggles to keep the Z-Team in line as they in-fight over who is getting cut at the end of the day, and find that some simply need a push in the right direction to succeed.

Turnover was released alongside Episode 4: Restructure, Art of Dispatch: Chapter 2, and the Pas de Deux and Shellshock comics on October 29, 2025.

Synopsis
